I’m sure it’s not your fault but it still hasn’t arrived,
I’ll start this review off by saying the quality of the ring itself is good. My fiancé and I are happy with the overall look, fit, and quality of the product. However, I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the fact that the order was late and caused me to miss my planned proposal date. The website quoted 10 weeks in advance for custom rings and I ordered mine 13 weeks before the planned date.
Unfortunately the ring was damaged during setting and was delayed and they had to start again which really messed up my whole plan. Overall, I am disappointed the ring did not arrive on time and I would recommend not ordering if you have a specific date in mind anywhere within the next 4 months.
My husband has his dream ring and it’s all thanks to Staghead. I recommend using their sizing kit, we did not use it but fortunately for us the ring actually fit!

This is the third ring I've purchased from Staghead Designs and it's my favorite yet! I've loved them all but this one is absolutely gorgeous! I highly recommend Staghead. They're rings are so unique and the highest of quality. And their customer service is top-notch!!
My fiance absolutely loves the ring and initially we thought we had been sent the wrong size because it came off so easily but the customer service of Staghead Designs offered much advice to ensure that this was the right size and after a few days of wear we realized that the ring was perfect so on that note 5 stars for the beautiful ring and 5 stars for customer service.

This ring is so gorgeous. I had the turquoise inlays swapped with fire and ice opals and it matches beautifully with my turquoise ring that I already have from staghead. I am always in awe of the quality and craftsmanship from this company.

Ordered 2 of the same design for our matching wedding bands. Rings arrived on time, beautifully packaged, and high-quality products. The customer service team was very responsive and provided updates as to when the rings were completed and shipped. The box also came with the rubber bands. Male band fit my husband, but the female size came out a lot larger so unfortunately did not fit. Appreciated the unexpected addition to the package either way.
